“SFR Pros is a great company for small real estate investors like myself who want to be hands off on my fix and flip investments and properties. I had experiences with other renovation contractors who were not able to handle the entire remodeling project – some only did painting, one contractor did not know how to handle the plumbing and electrical issues. It was a real pain to have to go and find separate contractors for each segment of the renovation and it greatly slowed down my time to market (and financing costs). The guys at SFR Pros can handle it all as one property had a very bad foundation issue and old roof that were able to handle with ease. It was very refreshing and I highly recommend this company!”
